Mission Statement
The Remi Tinubu Support Organization (RETSO) is dedicated to promoting and supporting the humanitarian efforts and initiatives of Her Excellency, Remi Tinubu, the First Lady of Nigeria. We aim to empower Nigerian citizens, particularly women and youth, through education, healthcare, and economic empowerment programs. Additionally, we strive to mobilize support for President Tinubu’s reelection bid in 2027, aligning with our broader goal of advancing the President’s vision for Nigeria’s development and progress.
Vision Statement
Our vision is to create a Nigeria where every citizen has access to quality education, healthcare, and economic opportunities. We envision a country where women and youth are empowered to reach their full potential, contributing to the nation’s growth and prosperity. Through our support for Her Excellency, Remi Tinubu, and President Tinubu’s reelection bid, we aim to inspire a brighter future for Nigeria.
Objectives
1. Promote and support Her Excellency, Remi Tinubu’s humanitarian initiatives and programs.
2. Empower Nigerian citizens, particularly women and youth, through education, healthcare, and economic empowerment programs.
3. Mobilize support for President Tinubu’s reelection bid in 2027.
4. Advance the President’s vision for Nigeria’s development and progress.
Rules and Regulations
1. *Membership*: Membership is open to all Nigerian citizens who share the vision and mission of RETSO.
2. *Code of Conduct*: Members shall conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the values of RETSO, including respect, integrity, and accountability.
3. *Decision-Making*: Decisions shall be made through a democratic process, with input from all members.
4. *Financial Management*: RETSO shall maintain transparent financial records, with regular audits and reports to members.
5. *Communication*: RETSO shall maintain open communication channels with members, stakeholders, and the general public.
6. *Meetings*: RETSO shall hold regular meetings at the national, state, and local government levels.
7. *Elections*: RETSO shall conduct elections for leadership positions at all levels.
Organizational Structure
1. *National Convener*: The National Convener shall serve as the chief executive officer of RETSO.
2. *National Secretary*: The National Secretary shall be responsible for the day-to-day administration of RETSO.
3. *State Coordinators*: State Coordinators shall be responsible for coordinating RETSO activities at the state level.
4. *Local Government Coordinators*: Local Government Coordinators shall be responsible for coordinating RETSO activities at the local government level.
5. *Ward Coordinators*: Ward Coordinators shall be responsible for coordinating RETSO activities at the ward level.
Leadership Positions
1. *National Convener*: The National Convener shall be elected by a national convention.
2. *National Secretary*: The National Secretary shall be appointed by the National Convener.
3. *State Coordinators*: State Coordinators shall be elected by state conventions.
4. *Local Government Coordinators*: Local Government Coordinators shall be elected by local government conventions.
5. *Ward Coordinators*: Ward Coordinators shall be elected by ward conventions.
Amendments
This constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of members present at a national convention or special meeting called for that purpose.
Disciplinary Procedures
1. *Misconduct*: Any member found guilty of misconduct shall be subject to disciplinary action.
2. *Disciplinary Committee*: A disciplinary committee shall be established to investigate and recommend disciplinary action.
3. *Appeals*: Any member dissatisfied with a disciplinary decision shall have the right to appeal.
Conflict Resolution
1. *Disputes*: Any disputes arising within RETSO shall be resolved through internal mechanisms.
2. *Mediation*: Mediation shall be used to resolve disputes wherever possible.
3. *Arbitration*: Arbitration shall be used as a last resort to resolve disputes.
Financial Management
1. *Funding*: RETSO shall be funded through donations, grants, and other legitimate sources.
2. *Accountability*: RETSO shall maintain transparent financial records, with regular audits and reports to members.
3. *Expenditure*: Expenditure shall be approved by the National Convener and National Secretary.
Communication
1. *Internal Communication*: RETSO shall maintain open communication channels with members.
2. *External Communication*: RETSO shall maintain open communication channels with stakeholders and the general public.
3. *Social Media*: RETSO shall utilize social media platforms to communicate with members and the general public.
