Lokoja, June 6, 2025

The Executive Director of Kogi State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr. Mu’azu Omeiza Musa, has extended Eid-el-Kabir greetings to Muslims in the state and Nigeria at large.

Dr Mu’azu, in his heartfelt message on Friday in Lokoja, emphasized the importance of peace, unity, and obedience to God.

He wished all the Muslim brothers and sisters a blessed Eid-el-Kabir, and prayed that “the spirit of sacrifice, obedience, and devotion guide us all”.

Dr. Mu’azu noted that the celebration signified a time for total submission and devotion to Allah’s will, highlighting the lessons of sacrifice and submission exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim’s obedience.

The KSPHCDA ED urged Muslims to emulate the faithfulness, sacrifice, piety, and patience demonstrated by Prophet Ibrahim and his son Ishmael.

He also called for prayers for the state’s peace and progress, as well as for Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo’s good health and wisdom.

Dr. Mu’azu commended Muslim leaders and clerics for their support and prayers for the state administration, encouraging them to maintain harmonious interfaith relationships.

“Alhamdulillah! Let us remain thankful to Almighty Allah and pray for one another and our leadership.

“May Allah accept our prayers, efforts, and sacrifices. Warmest greetings to you and your loved ones,” he prayed .
