The Kogi State Ministry for Women Affairs and Social Development,
under the leadership of Hajia Fatimah Momoh, Honourable Commissioner for WomenAffairs and Social Development, extends their heartfelt condolences to His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, Executive Governor of Kogi State, on the passing of his beloved and precious father.
The late patriarch was not only a man of honour and dignity but one filled with great piety and devout Muslim, whose values of humility, discipline, and service to humanity are clearly reflected in the life and leadership of His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.
Though his departure is a painful loss, we draw solace from the fact that he lived a fulfilled life and left behind enduring legacies.
On behalf of the Honourable Commissioner and the entire Ministry, we pray that Almighty Allah forgives his shortcomings, grants him eternal rest in Aljannat Firdaus, and bestow upon His Excellency and the entire Ododo family the strength to bear this irreparable loss.
