The Kogi State Ministry of Youth and Sports Development is pleased to announce the organization of an aerobic exercise event at the Confluence Stadium in Lokoja, the capital of Kogi State, this Saturday.
Aerobic exercise plays a crucial role in enhancing human performance, as it facilitates the efficient flow of nutrients throughout the body, including to the brain. This event aims to promote physical fitness and overall well-being among participants.
In a statement issued by Mr. Itodo Yusuf, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, on behalf of the Honorable Commissioner, Hon. Monday Anyebe, all civil servants, as well as personnel from various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies, are encouraged to participate in this initiative.
The Ministry also invites the general public to join in this engaging 30-minute aerobic session, which is designed to improve not only workplace performance but also personal health and wellness.
Furthermore, all political appointees are expected to attend this significant event, which will commence at 7:00 AM on Saturday morning 5thofJuly 2025.
The Permanent Secretary assured that all necessary arrangements have been made to ensure the success of this event.
