Local Government Coordinators of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) in Kogi State have declared their continued support for Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo led administration.

Comrade Daniel Edoka made the position known when he led the Coordinators on a visit to the Hon. Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Monday Anyebe in his office in Lokoja.
Comrade Daniel said they were in the Commissioners office to celebrate with him on the occasion of his birthday, saying his quality leadership had encouraged them to key behind him in support of the current administration under Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
Comrade Daniel said the Youths in Kogi State are happy with the Life style and exemplary leadership of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, stressing that the Twenty One Local Government NYCN Coordinators are in total support of the administration and committed towards the progress and success of the present administration of the government.
On behalf of the Local Government Coordinators of the NYCN in Kogi State, Comrade Daniel called on the Youths in the state to continue to support the Government of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for more dividends of democracy.
He said the love, care, zeal and passion by the Governor for the Youths through empowerment calls for commendation.
He congratulated the Commissioner on the occasion of his birthday celebration and prayed for good health, longevity of life and God’s wisdom to enable him offer the best for the administration.
Responding, the Kogi State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Monday Anyebe said the Government of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo is youth friendly as demonstrated so far, urging them to uphold sincerity of purpose towards driving the administration to excellence.
Hon. Monday Anyebe called on the Youths and the people of the state to continue to support and pray for the growth and development of the state, emphasizing that they have no other place to call their State.
The Commissioner described the NYCN members in the state as a Youth umbrella body, adding that the Government will always remain with them, especially on Youth empowerment.
The Commissioner expressed appreciation to the NYCN in the state for Celebrating with him on his birthday and assured of his unending support and partnership with the body.
Highlight of the visit was the presentation of a gift to the Honourable Commissioner and special prayer for him and the government of Kogi State.
