Omidan Boluwatife Osho on her “Impact the society journey” dynamically brought to reality her desired initiative designed to inspire and empower secondary school students across Okun Land, Under the esteemed platform of ILE’YA OMO OKUN GENERATIONAL FOUNDATION.
The program featured two keynote sessions: “Unlocking the Potential Within” by Ms. Olajumoke Saheed and “Branding and Packaging” by Omidan Eniola Ejiko( Former Omidan Asa 2021). These sessions were preceded by a thought-provoking debate on “Handskill is Better than Education” and followed by an engaging Q&A segment. Participants showcased their understanding of the topics and demonstrated their general knowledge about Okun Land and Nigeria.
The workshop session offered hands-on training in practical skills, with participants divided into two classes: production of toilet sanitizer and liquid soap, and bag making and fabric earring design. To foster a culture of learning, notebooks were distributed to all participants as a token of appreciation.
The event was a resounding success, achieving its goal of empowering young minds with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to pursue their dreams and create a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
